How much time does shipment take?
We normally process orders as soon as possible - within 24 hours. However, in some cases, it might take longer.
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and EU – 7-20 Business days (however, in some cases, a slight delay may occur).
Rest of The World – 10-40 Business days.
Normally, our items do arrive on time, but please use the above timescales as estimates.

Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by our partnered warehouses in the U.S, China, and Singapore.
Which service is used for deliveries?
Our partnered warehouses usually use ePacket - it’s one of the fastest delivery options for international shipping with the ability to monitor your ePacket tracking numbers.
In some cases, ePacket might not be available so another shipment method (Chinapost) will be used by our partnered warehouses which may delay the delivery a bit.

I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?
There is no need to worry as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the inaccuracy in your address, we will change it for you right away. You’ll have to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full, correct address along with your order details and we will update your details for you.
What happens if I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipment?
Under our terms & conditions of ohteenstore®, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
ohteenstore® accepts returns and exchanges (varying from case to case), please email us at email@example.com regarding your issue and we will accommodate you, depending on your situation. Please see our Refund Policy for more!
Are there any custom fees?
Our products are custom approved (their custom fee is paid). ohteenstore® will NOT be responsible for any custom fees after the products are shipped (additional custom fees may vary from country to country, customers should do their research on their country's custom fee/duties before ordering)
About Our Shipment:
In some cases, there might be a further delay in shipment of items in accordance to the destination country distance from our partnered warehouses, custom checks, transit checks etc.
